Becoming Us by Becca Seymour: Exclusive Guest Post, New Release Review and Giveaway

December 3, 2019 by Denise

In two years, it’s clear love can last, just as it can grow.

Davis’s business remains successful, Scott’s clinic is going strong, and Libby is happy and content.

But that doesn’t mean real life is always perfect, nor does it mean fatherhood isn’t as exhausting as it is wonderful.

Needing a break from their daily routines, Davis and Scott head away for a weekend of uninhibited fun. With lots of laughter and dancing, Davis has never seen Scott so relaxed and comfortable in public.

And he’s not quite sure how to handle that.

Worried that life in Kirkby is holding Scott back, Davis nearly makes the biggest mistake of his life.

But Scott has other ideas. He doesn’t need saving. What he needs is his man to step up and fight for their family and their future.

And he has just the plan to do it.

A True-Blue novella. I’ve Got You MUST be read prior to reading this story.

Small-Town Romance Love

outback

NOUN

the outback

  1. The remote and usually uninhabited inland districts of Australia.

‘a two-week tour of the outback’

1.1 Any remote or sparsely populated inland region.

Having spent three years living in the gateway to the Queensland outback, approximately a six-hour drive from true civilisation, and now settling on acreage in the Queensland hinterland, it’s no wonder I’m drawn to all-things small town.

There’s a whole lot of fun in the dynamics of locals in a small town. The gossip, the acceptance, the rallying, the crazy stories, together they help to inspire so many possibilities for story fodder.

It’s all of the above that I’ve encountered over the past eight years. And sitting along the sidelines bearing witness to brewing romances, watching reactions to gossip as well as individuals’ journeys has been an eyeopener.

It’s my love of living in a small town and the connections it’s possible to make that allows Kirkby, my fictious American small town, to be a place I wish everyone could visit. That doesn’t mean it comes without its pitfalls. It’s both the wonderful and isolating that we see in my True-Blue series. It’s also especially relevant in Becoming Us (True-Blue #3) when the characters consider how restricting living in a small town can be for the LGBTQ community.

Simple tasks of a same-sex couple walking down the street hand in hand, and giving a sweet kiss hello or goodbye come with their own level of uncertainty and fear. It’s this concept of being true to yourself and the challenges of fitting in (and definitely feeling comfortable) that is lightly tackled in Becoming Us.

While my town of Kirkby has growing LGBTQ representation, it’s imperative to enjoy the positives while challenging the more negative aspects of small-town life. And I hope to continue to do so in my True-Blue series.

A cute little novella about Davis, Scott and baby Libby.

I love getting a look into Scott’s life a few years later. Because I initially hated him so much and then fell in love with him and wanted him to have everything he never thought he deserved, it was nice to get a glimpse into his ongoing happily ever after.

So, in this one, Scott and Davis are well established and have a good routine going with both of their jobs and raising Davis’s daughter Libby, together. She’s three now and as fun as she is exhausting, which any parent can tell you is true, and while juggling all their day-to-day’s, Davis gets asked to join a younger employee/friend on a night out to a gay club in a neighboring city with Scott. It would be nice to get Scott away from the small town and let him experience a gay club and all it’s glory.

If you remember from either of the other two books in this series, you should remember how hard it was for Scott to come to accept his sexuality and to live openly and truth be told, he still has some reservations and it’s not as easy as it is with some, but he’s happy and content and after a week with a sick and fussy Libby, both men jump at the chance for a night away.
Letting their hair down, so to speak, the guys have a fun night and meet a new younger friend (who I hoooope is coming up next). The guys are happy that they got a night to recharge and have fun but it’s ruined by some old hag in a diner and it has Davis wondering if life in a small town is what Scott needs. When he questions him, it comes out wrong and it has both men on edge and thinking the worst.

With any relationship though, there are bumps in the road and times that are tougher than others… this is just a small blip and a misunderstanding and because they’re grown ups who communicate and respect each other enough to work things out, of course, it does and in the sweetest way.

I love a hot dad story and it’s made even better when when it turns into two hot dads. I love Scott’s relationship with Libby and the way she just knows him as her other daddy. It was very cute and I cannot wait to read more about all of them and any new addition (Jasper and Ian) that may be next.

Daddy Dearest Series

The Daddy Dearest series features single dads. Each book in the series features a new couple and can be read as a stand-alone.

Family Camp (Daddy Dearest Book 1)

I’m such a sucker for a hot dad, and then you go and throw on a Christmas theme and it’s like, just take my money… take all of it, I don’t even care if it’s good. This one, though? This one hit me all kinds in every feel I have.

So, Jamie’s Uncle Billy owns a bookstore that Jamie’s been working at since he was in high school. Destined to do great things, even accepted to Harvard, he let the great opportunities slip by to raise his sister’s baby and stick around for his sick Uncle Billy… now, Mia is six, exceptionally smart and in first grade and even being so young, he didn’t regret it for a second. Mia is everything to Jamie and I love love loved their relationship and the way he put her first, always. Amazing parenting is so hot… having been a single mom when my kids were toddlers, I get it.

Unfortunately, Mia’s a gal of structure and routine, so when her teacher needs to go on bed rest the last couple months of her pregnancy, she isn’t so excited to find the 5th-grade sporting coach as her need stand-in teacher. Jamie’s wary at first, but the jockey teacher pushes all of his buttons and it is so insanely awkward and cute in the beginning because just as much as Mr. Stanton Potter pushes Jamie’s buttons, Jamie’s pushes Stanton’s as well.

Their awkwardness is adorable, as Stanton is bi but a bit inexperienced when it comes to me and Jamie being so young, raising a daughter and running a bookstore full time, they just tip toe around each other until Stanton needs help and Jamie offers. Watching them tiptoe gets funner, but they eventually get things even out, and then it’s just sweet. However, the book store in trouble and it’s time for Stanton to come to Jamie’s aide, with his mother as well, though neither of them know that part just yet.

I loved their relationship with each other and watching it become something amazing. I loved Mia and her relationship with literally everyone she cared about in her life. I loved Stanton’s mom, though I didn’t think I was going to at first, she really surprised me. I loved Uncle Billy, he seemed so sweet and sincere. And most of all, I loved the Christmas miracle that kept Mia and Jamie from having to up and leave before he really got to experience things with Stanton. I just loved all of it. I don’t want to give too much away, but if you love sweet guys, cute kids, a teacher and a bookstore owner and Christmas miracle’s, you’ll love this one! I know I sure did! <3

And although this is technically story 2 in Daddy Dearest series, it can be read as a standalone, the previous couple and story isn’t mentioned. Though I’ve read it too and you should definitely go read it as well 😊

Promise (Single Dads 3) by RJ Scott: Blog Tour, New Release Review and Giveaway

December 2, 2019 by Denise

Leo Byrne is a cop, Jason Banks is an ex-con. Even after one stolen kiss, something has to give before Leo can convince Jason that falling in love is even an option.

Adopted at a young age, Leo is part of the sprawling Byrnes family. With his dog Cap, three siblings and a whole mess of nieces and nephews, he is never lonely, and his life is full. Love is the last item on his to-do list, but seeing his best friends Sean and Eric happy and making new families makes him want things he doesn’t think is possible. Kissing Jason at an event to honor his bravery was one thing, but anything other than that is off limits. Until Jason has no one left to turn to, and it’s Leo who helps him at his lowest. Taking Jason and his daughter into his home is one thing, but falling for the ex-con is something else altogether.

Jason made a deal to keep his daughter safe and spent years behind bars as a result. Volunteering as a convict firefighter was as much about helping the community as saving his sanity, but now that he’s out, he doesn’t even have that. He’s lost his future, his self-respect, and has no friends or a place to call home. Worst of all, even after rescuing his daughter he still can’t keep her safe from the man who wants to use her as a bargaining chip for money. Meeting Leo might give Jason a way to keep Daisy safe, but falling for the stubborn cop means the truth has to be revealed, and he could lose everything all over again.

Oooh, single dads, how I love you!

So, if you’re jumping into book three, then I’ll assume you’ve read books one (the doctor) and two (the firefighter) and now this one, best friend/roommate/chosen family of the others, Leo (the cop). In saying that, I loved the other stories but I didn’t so much remember the situation between Leo and Jason, (the cop and the convict) that happened last book. It gets brought up in this one, a lot, so I suppose I should’ve went back and had a refresh, I didn’t feel like I needed to with as often as it was brought up…..So, I don’t necessarily remember what happened, but apparently, Jason and Leo shared a kiss in what Jason thinks was gratitude and afterward Leo regretted it. Instead of talking about it like adults, it was a pretty big misunderstanding that lasted half the book… however, it also took a backseat to the real problems, which is where this book begins.

While Sean has been busy at the hospital and Eric is away, fighting the wildfires in California, Jason, who you should remember from last book, who was running and hiding with his almost four year old daughter (you will be reminded of this a lot), and he helped save Eric… who told Jason that if he ever needed help, to come find him…which he does… beaten up, exhausted from running, broke and just broken.. he’s gotta keep fighting to keep his daughter safe, but he doesn’t know who to trust.

Working with the FBI who hasn’t done a whole lot to keep them safe and Daisy’s mother in a coma from the guy he’s currently running from, Jason has no choice but to go to Eric and hope he’ll help them. Not counting on Eric not being there, he runs into Leo, Eric’s friend/neighbor/old roommate/chosen brother, and him being a cop is the last thing he needs, because remember, law enforcement hasn’t been able to keep them safe up until then… and the kiss they shared, it left things awkward and misunderstood on Jason’s part.

Leo takes one look at Jason and his daughter and his instincts to turn him in are strong, but Jason asks him to trust him and to give him a little bit of time. Seeing that he’s about to drop and is in no shape okay to take care of his little girl, he gives them someplace to settle until they can figure out what they need to do… of course, Leo hasn’t been able to get Jason out of his head since the kiss, and Jason thinks that Leo couldn’t possibly want him because he’s a cop and Jason’s a criminal….two sides of very different coins, eh?

It bugged me that everything was so secretive for so long, when Leo was doing everything he could to get Jason to trust him. What he’d done wasn’t even that bad and it would’ve made so much more sense for Jason to tell him what was going on so he could help. He needed someone to help him so badly, and here was Leo begging to help and Jason wouldn’t let him. I wanted to shake him so many times, but I understood that he has a child that he had to put first and things hadn’t gone his way when he’d trusted before. So, understandable to a point, but still frustrating. While staying with Leo, both Daisy and Jason learned to trust Leo and it was cute to watch them both warm up to him, especially when Leo was done letting Jason hide from him…. Hello, hot toppy cop. Bonus!

Another thing I loved was Leo’s faith and the way he talked to God. Now, it’s not a big part of the story, but it also kind of is. As most LGBT+ stories kind of shun the community and ruin relationships and self-worth, I loved that Leo not only still believed in God and had faith in Him, but also used it in everyday his everyday life and didn’t think twice about it. He has a great family, too, an adopted one that didn’t care if he was LGBT++++++ or any letter that it might entail. They encouraged him to be who he is and they loved him no matter what. I love love loved that! Great seeing it in a same-sex read. (at least to me)

Overall, I enjoyed the trope…. the guy on the run who ends up with the cop who keeps him safe… I love the single dad, the cute kids, the awesome family and slow burn, as it took Jason a while to trust Leo… so, it was a very cute read if you don’t mind some things being repetitive. This will always be a sweet series for me and I’m so glad that Leo got his HEA and that Jason and Daisy were safe and accepted into the growing family of men in uniforms and their partners and babys.

I can’t wait to see who’s next!

Soft Limits: A Deviations Novel (Deviations Series Book 6) by Jodi Payne: New Release Review

November 21, 2019 by Denise

Fans of the iconic Deviations series will fondly recall Bradford as the beloved owner and Master of the elite and exclusively male BDSM club that anchors the series, and also as the wise man who introduced Tobias and Noah.

Dominant Bradford’s story is one defined by sudden opportunity, unimaginable heartbreak, and new-found purpose. His calling is to provide a safe and supportive environment for men in the lifestyle. Bringing Doms and subs together is his superpower, yet he feels fated to be alone himself.

In this prequel to the series, you’ll not only discover Bradford’s own history, but also how Bradford is first drawn to Nikki, a beautiful and hungry young man living on the streets, and the unexpected ways Bradford grows and changes while helping Nikki understand a world of strange, new desires.

Deviations readers already know outcome of Bradford and Nikki’s journey together. Soft Limits is a deep-dive into Bradford’s story, into what makes the Dom tick, and how he ended up with ownership of the club. It also introduces Nikki, the sub that tests Bradford’s patience, steals his heart, and soothes his soul.

**WARNING: BDSM, mentions of homelessness, loss of spouse (in flashback)

Amazon

Full disclosure: I’ve never read any of the Deviations books. But being that this is a prequel, I figured it was safe. The author states that she means for it to be read last, but hey, I read it first and still liked it,

Bradford is like the Dom of all Doms. He owns a BDSM club- which houses a restaurant and bar as well as various rooms for fun. And being a Dom like that, when he sees a young man in need of help, he jumps right in.

Nikki is homeless and accepts Bradford’s offer of a dishwashing job. I get that this guy is a bit naive, but to have zero clue that there is a BDSM club beyond the kitchen doors is a bit much. But we will let that go.

What I enjoyed the most about this story is that BDSM is explained SO WELL. About how it isn’t always pain or sex or humiliation. And that using a safe word is totally ok. How BDSM means something different for everyone and contracts are entered into for an evening, for months or for years.

It did feel a bit like Bradford was grooming Nikki, but then the way Nikki took to submission so effortlessly made it not creepy. Bradford is extremely patient with Nikki, gently correcting him when needed and praising him as deserved.

Although she says to read this last, I am glad I read it first because now I want to read the others!

Running From My Heart (Rock Bottom Book 3) by Felice Stevens: New Release Review

November 20, 2019 by Denise

“Holding onto the past can hurt more than letting it go.”
People say six years is long enough to mourn the death of his husband but for Ross Miller, the pain is as fresh as if it happened yesterday. He’s left his glittering Hollywood life behind, yet guilt still dogs his steps, no matter how far he runs. Trapped by his past and needing to escape his well-meaning friends, he rents a cabin in the secluded Adirondack mountains. A reclusive man moves in next door and piques Ross’s interest, but his persistent attempts at friendship are rebuffed. That doesn’t stop him because the one rule Ross Miller has always lived by is to never take no for an answer.

Novelist Arden Wainwright has given up. He can’t pretend a happiness he knows he’ll never find again. Solitary days turn into years, and he remains frozen, unable to take a breath. At his wit’s end, he retreats to the mountains, but it does little to stir his creativity. He continues to hide from life and avoids his overly nosy neighbor, who insists on planting himself at Arden’s doorstep at every turn. Making friends is the last thing Arden wants, but annoying or not, he can’t get the damn man out of his mind.

Finding peace in their isolated surroundings, the two lonely men forge an unlikely friendship where they realize they’re more alike than different and better together than apart. With Ross’s help, Arden begins to rebuild the shattered pieces of his life, while Arden gives Ross the strength to face his fears and find his way home. When love comes calling you can choose to hide from hurt, loss, and pain, but if you take a chance and open the door, you might discover that running from your heart is the last thing you’ll want to do.
This book can be read as a stand alone but you may remember Ross, Foster’s best friend from Broken Silence, Book One of the Rock Bottom series.

Amazon – Kindle Unlimited

Oh hey, guess what? This book will make you cry. A lot. More than once. So keep tissues handy.

I don’t usually read blurbs before I read a book by an author I’ve read before. So that first chapter was a bit of a gut punch. (Cue crying I spoke about). But a time jump moves us forward 6 years when Ross is now in a cabin and still grieving. But with a mask on. He ignores the people who “knew him then” and to strangers he seems happy go lucky. Including Arden.

Arden who went through his own terrible loss 5 years ago. He is also still grieving. Quite openly. He just wants to be left alone, but Ross is the annoying mosquito who won’t leave him alone.

And so they build a slow but tenuous friendship. Arden does seem to concede fairly easily, but he is also starved for company.

As much as I like Ross and Arden, I didn’t really get a spark from them. It seemed a bit one sided with Ross. But Arden…I don’t know. It was more like he just went with it because it was safe and comfortable and Ross would never question his grief.

I enjoyed the first half more than the second by far. During the second half there were several points when the book could have easily ended. I feel like it was stretched out a bit.

The setting was stunning. I loved watching 2 dyed in the wool New Yorkers get out in nature and enjoy it so much. With none of the stereotypical “I can’t sleep when it’s so quiet” or similar.

So I enjoyed it, it made me cry and I’ll definitely recommend, but it won’t go in my reread pile.

Silent Sin by E.J. Russell: Exclusive Cover Reveal

November 20, 2019 by Denise

E.J. Russell is here today with an exclusive cover reveal to her upcoming gay historical romance, Silent Sin. It looks like it has some mystery and suspense wrapped up in, it my favorite kind of historical! Check out the lovely cover below by L.C. Chase.

When tailor Marvin Gottschalk abandoned New York City for the brash boomtown of silent-film-era Hollywood, he never imagined he’d end up on screen as Martin Brentwood, one of the fledgling film industry’s most popular actors. Five years later a cynical Martin despairs of finding anything genuine in a town where truth is defined by studio politics and publicity. Then he meets Robbie Goodman.

Robbie fled Idaho after a run-in with the law. A chance encounter leads him to the film studio where he lands a job as a chauffeur. But one look at Martin and he’s convinced he’s likely to run afoul of those same laws—laws that brand his desires indecent, deviant… sinful.

Martin and Robbie embark on a cautious relationship, cocooned in Hollywood’s clandestine gay fraternity, careful to hide from the studio boss, a rival actor, and the press on the lookout for a juicy story. But when a prominent director is murdered, Hollywood becomes the focus of a morality-based witch hunt, and the studio is willing to sacrifice even the greatest careers to avoid additional scandal.

E.J. is a multi-Rainbow Award winner, and her book, The Druid Next Door, was a 2018 RITA® finalist.
E.J. is married to Curmudgeonly Husband, a man who cares even less about sports than she does. ✨PREORDER NOW: PARAYZE by @jj_asher_writes releasing July 13th! #PreOrderHere mybook.to/paralyzeWhy you will love this book…🔥Forbidden🔥Brother's Best Friend🔥Age Gap (21/34)🔥Forced Proximity 🔥Opposites Attract 🔥Grumpy/Sunshine🔥Bi-Awakening 🔥Hurt/ComfortCarey—twenty-one, flirtatious and sun-kissed, chasing a place that feels like home. His latest bright idea? Fly halfway across the world to a town he hardly remembers, to crash for the holidays with his estranged older brother who he's scarcely seen in the past sixteen years. Only to arrive on his doorstep to find that brother AWOL and the entire contents of his apartment strewn across the front lawn of the apartment building.Tek—thirty-four, exhausted, and barely holding it together. Deserted by his best friend and business partner, he's left to carry the weight of a tattoo shop in the aftermath of an affair that sent staff numbers from four to one in the space of a single afternoon. He keeps his world small, and his hookups controlled on purpose. Then Carey walks in like a damn storm, making Tek question everything he ever knew about himself. Including why he can't stop thinking about the golden tan of another man's stomach. Tek turns Carey away but desperation rewards his persistence with a job offer, and boundaries start to blur. Tek knows better. He's spent the last decade with the world at arms length with iron clad rules that he breaks for no one, especially not the sunshine-smiling younger brother of his runaway best friend. But the more Tek resists, the more Carey leans in, and the line between right and wrong starts to look too appealing not to cross.Abandonment may have brought them together, but loneliness is what keeps them close. And the one thing Tek swore he'd never reach for again might just give him the extra strength he's always needed. ✨INFLUENCERS: Sign up to release events here: bit.ly/PARALYZESIGNUP#comingsoon #jjasher #mmromance The Author Agency ... ✨It’s cover reveal day for DON’T FALL by @authoremlindsey releasing July 1st!#PreOrderNowa.co/d/00RZxM7KWhy you need to #ONECLICK this book…🔥Enemies to Lover🔥Forced Proximity🔥Only One Bed🔥Praise Kink🔥Grumpy/Sunshine🔥Grumpy falls first🔥Hate Sex🔥Best Friend's Brother🔥MM Romance That’s it. My neighbor has to die. There’s no other way around it. The man must be killed—and I’ll even find a way to do it gently, but this cannot go on.Okay, maybe I’m a bit dramatic, but living next to my brother’s best friend who decided to befriend the crows that spend all week spreading garbage across my lawn is not what I signed up for.I wanted quiet.I wanted peace.I wanted to stop fantasizing about the gorgeous man I couldn’t stand.Unfortunately for me, North is a big presence with an annoyingly sunny smile and a way of making life sound like it’s worth living. And as a widower who wants to spend the rest of my life wallowing, the last person I want around is one who makes me question my new life’s purpose. But these feelings can’t be real, can they? I had my great love, and I lost him. So that’s supposed to be it for me.Isn’t that the way things go?I can’t seem to stay away from North, even when I know I should. And when he starts to make me feel like maybe there’s another happily ever after out there, I find that as cautious as I’ve taken each step, I’m on the verge of falling once more.Don’t Fall is the first book in the small town, enemies to lovers, heavy yearning, MM romance series, Storm Season. It features a virgin EMT whose smile is hiding a lot of things, a disgruntled, grieving writer who just wants solid sleep and a good meal, neighborhood crows wreaking havoc, cooking lessons, hurt/comfort, and a toe-curling happily ever after.✨INFLUENCERS: Sign up here for this amazing release: bit.ly/DONTFALLSIGNUP#coverreveal #emlindsey #mmromance The Author Agency ... ✨EXCERPT: DEVIATE ME by @daphne.thorne.author releasing May 27th! #PreOrderHere a.co/d/0footXlx Damien jumps out of his bed and quickly crosses the room. His soft, naked steps on the hardwood floors remind me of when we were just kids. When he’d sneak from his bed into mine, so that I could shelter him from the loud arguments our parents had all the time. And that’s exactly what he does now; he crawls into my bed.Oh, no . . . Holy shit.I stop breathing as he gets under the covers and curls into a ball next to me, nuzzling his face in my neck. It’s been years since he’s done this. We were both children when it started, and it was a completely innocent thing. It was normal to wrap my arms around his tiny body and let him sleep where he felt safe. Even when we were much older and we’d already run away from home, he’d done this when he’d felt really upset. And I never thought anything of it.This time, however, is different. I can’t stop my skin from erupting into goosebumps, and my heart from beating hard against my ribcage. I can’t stop the rush of blood towards my groin either, which is probably the worst part. Damien’s breath is hot against my skin, and he smells heavenly. His scent reminds me a lot of honey and mint.Fucking Jacob chose his nickname pretty well . . .#mmmromance #daphnethorne #spicyromance The Author Agency ... See MoreSee Less

Two Chicks Obsessed with Books and Eye Candy
My review:Hat Trick by EM Lindsey After reading book 1, I couldn't wait to read about the other brothers. We knew from book 1 that it was going to be Micah and Vanya. They had started dancing around each other in book 1.Man, Micah is DAMAGED. Not only his childhood, but his adulthood as well. And then he tops it all off with a stalker that he swears isn't a stalker but ya, he's a stalker.Vanya has nothing but heart eyes for his pretty little goalie. But, in my opinion, takes way too much crap from Micah. But he never gives up. He slows down and steps back but never gives up. Gotta give him patience and tenacity points. When things begin to escalate with the stalker, Vanya always seems to be there to help- much to Micah's chagrin. Remember, always treating Vanya like crap. Which killed me because he is such a teddy bear!We meet one of Vanya's brothers and can we say stereotype Russians much?Although Micah did soften up in the end and Vanya got the love he deserved, there was still a little too much I didn't like. I really hope book 3 is better.3 pieces of eye candy ... See MoreSee Less

✨Let’s celebrate! It’s release day for HAT TRICK by @authoremlindsey! Grab it in KU!#OneClickNowa.co/d/0io1BhPZWhy you need to #ONECLICK this book…🔥Friends to Lovers🔥Only One Bed🔥Sexual Awakening🔥Hockey Goalies in love🔥Grumpy/Sunshine🔥Hockey Bro Banter🔥Praise Kink“For five million dollars, would you send a relative to jail?”"Bud, I would pay five million dollars to send a few there."Problem number one: Almost everything the world thinks they know about me is a lie.Problem number two: Two people know the truth.Problem number three: One of those two is a stalker and he's having a blast using that informationagainst me to get his way.The good news is, the second person who knows the truth about who I am seems pretty dedicated totaking my stalker down. The bad news is, it’s NHL goalie Vanya Maximov, and he and I had a one night stand that I can’t stop thinking about. And while Vanya might be walking sunshine so bright he can make even my blind ass see light, we have no business being together.I’m a mess, and while Vanya is everything I’ve ever wanted in a partner, he deserves better than me.If only he was willing to listen to reason. If only he was less stubborn and able to give up on a lost cause. But with his ability to give me exactly what I want—a little pain with my pleasure—and his refusal to treat me like I’m fragile, something dangerous starts happening.I’m beginning to think that maybe—just maybe—he’s right, and I am worth everything he sees.Hat Trick is the second book in the Punk as Puck spin-off series, Legends and Fury. It’s a high heat, friends to lovers romance with a sunshine NHL goalie who also might be a golden retriever in disguise, a PPHL goalie with big black cat energy, a stalker, and no faith in himself, hooking up in a friend’s car, praise and pain, high stakes romance, hockey bro banter, tons of chirping, and the swooniest happily ever after.#newbookalert #emlindsey #mmromance The Author Agency ...
