FB: Me being out of work and you busy with your physical rehab for your shoulder while they rebuild the bar, doesn’t count.

N: Fine. Take me someplace warm with great alcohol…Cuba?

FB: Better.

What was the hardest thing for you to overcome that you didn’t expect to be an issue?

N: I can’t think of anything off the top of my head…

FB: [audibly snorts]

N: Oh?

N: Fine, letting people close.

FB: People?

N: Lovers. Whatever. It hasn’t been easy.

FB: But you’re working on it.

N: I am.

Who or what makes you laugh out loud?

N: Oh, easy—at least once a night something happens in the bar.

FB: Nick. Hands down.

What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

N: Pistachio gelato

FB: Coffee Chip.

What movie will you watch over and over again?

N: The Fifth Element—I think I’ve watched like seven times.

FB: Are you kidding? Star Wars. Seriously Nick?
