Veterans Day is a special day for us on a personal level as well. Aside from most of our family members having served in the military all the way back to WWI, November 11 is also our publishing anniversary!!

That’s right on 11-11-11, we published our first book,

Both are short stories following the lives of men and women serving in the military overseas. Touching on the heart strings of what it’s like to get a letter and be touched by words written from home and a loved one and the pain that come when its absent. It’s a connection most people don’t even imagine unless they’ve been there or in another situation cut off from family. Letters are often a life line to a precious moment to forget where they are and the fears of day to day life in war torn countries.
